Details about Shiberse are still unclear, but the SHIB developers promise to provide more information in the near future.
What is the Metaverse Shiba Inu (SHIB) for?
In a message posted on the Discord channel of the Shiba Inu community, ShibaSwap developer Eric M claims Shiberse will be a place where the various components of the SHIB ecosystem come together.
These components include the SHIB token, the decentralized exchange ShibaSwap, games and more.
Eric comments that the name of the Shiberse metaverse project is not final. He appealed to the community to avoid scammers using the Shiberse name.
In addition, Eric emphasized the metaverse is a trend that will stay. Community is the most important part for any new project to be successful.
Apart from Shiberse, the Shiba Inu team is working on building a different blockchain network called Shibarium. This blockchain will focus on cheap transactions and use the BONE token as a native token to run transactions on this network.
Following the news, the price of the SHIB token recovered 4.4 percent in the last 24 hours and is at US$0.000002 with a market cap of US$11.7 billion according to CoinGecko data.
