As quoted from the site Meteorology and Geophysics Agency Indonesia (BMKG) and the National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN), this event will take place in the morning. Here's the schedule.
While the Pacific Islands region will begin at 6:21 pm, peak alone will account for 07.30 pm. If for Bengkulu region, the eclipse will peak at 7:19 pm.
For the central and eastern regions, will begin at 7:27 pm on Palu and surrounding areas. As for Ternate, the eclipse will start at 08:36 CET. The peak will be reached at 09:52 CEST.
Meanwhile, for the duration, Total Solar Eclipse (GMT) will take a few minutes. Here's a list of its duration:

-Bangka Belitung (2 minutes 10 seconds)
-Balikpapan (1 min 9 sec)
-Luwuk (2 minutes 50 seconds)
