Windows is an operating system released by Microsoft. There are many other operating systems other then Windows, for example, just linux, mac, and others. Well this time I will give you a tutorial or guide to install Windows 7 on a computer or laptop. Okay, here are the steps,

         

 1. Prepare the installation CD that you've purchased from Microsoft

   

 2. After it went into bios laptop or your computer, then change the first boot to CD / DVD

    

 3. For how to change the first boot, please read the article about Boot Order

  

 4. Out of bios, and press any key to boot from CD. If the paper does not come out like that, then you are in trouble setting the boot order.

  5. After waiting until the file loading windows perfectly

  6. Select the language, currency format and Keyboard input

 7. Click Install Now

 8. Terms appeared Accept license. Check the 'I Accept' and then click Next

 9. Which type of installation do you want ?, in this section select the latter, the Custom

 10. Select the partition where you want to install windows, local disk c there is usually the top (if the top is only 100MB size means local disk c is below).

   

11. Go to the option and then format the drive first local disk c so that files are long gone.

12. Importantly, if you do not format the disk to another, such as disk D, E and so on, then your files will not be lost, so you can do the install windows without losing the data on D, E etc.

13. If you have chosen the disc, click next

14. Next wait hinga installation is complete

15. After that your computer will restart several times, wait

16. Choose a username and computer name, click next

17. Choose a password, click next to pass

18. Enter the serial number, click next to pass

19. Select the update option, choose ask me later if you want to update manually

20. Set the date and time of your computer

21. Congratulations, Windows already installed

22. The last stage is simply install drivers for your computer, ranging from vga, chipset etc. All the drivers are in cd when you buy a laptop / computer motherboard
